Presenting the New & Improved IEC TX Gulf Coast Chapter!  We have begun a new software program called Flashpoint to manage our accounts. What does that mean to you? We can now accept credit card payments online! (If you are already set up for recurring payments, nothing changes for you!)


This is how the new online billing will work:


You will be receiving your bill via email this week(contractor members) that will have the option to pay that bill online. From the invoice email, select the 'Pay Now' option on the upper right to redirect to our payment system. This email will also contain an link to download a PDF copy of your invoice for your records.


Please note: We will continue to send bills and receive payments through the postal services until you tell us that you would like to go paperless.


Now, if you would like to set up recurring credit card payments with us, please contact our office with your credit card number and we will get you all set up. No more worries about missing a payment!  (All recurring dues payments are withdrawn 10 days before the last day of the month.) And guess what!?  In about two months from now we will even be able to set up recurring ACH payments! 


We are very excited that with this new software, principle contacts will have their own “company’s account”, being able to allow other employees in your company to have limited access. For instance, you can allow some to access employment applications, but not billing, or billing including apprentice tuition, but no access to networking event sponsorships, etc., and even assign someone to log your indentured apprentices OJT and see their grades throughout the school year.


There are even more features coming in the future, but not to worry, we will advise you as they become available!
